Be on the team that's changing the world. What we’re looking for: Nexamp is looking to hire a Program Manager, Planning &amp; Scheduling. You will be responsible for maintaining integrity of project schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and visibility across the company. We are accepting candidates across our hub offices of Boston, MA , Austin, TX, and Chicago, IL where you will be hybrid. You will report to the Director, Pre-Deployment. What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Manage project schedules for the full lifecycle of a project from Development to Final Completion on distributed generation (DG), commercial &amp; industrial (C&amp;I) and Utility Scale solar portfolio. </li><li>Manage and communicate portfolio progress against schedule, budget, and key metrics to Clean Energy Deployment (CED) leadership and stakeholders. </li><li>Hire, coach, and manage Schedulers and Senior Schedulers, setting expectations and driving performance and growth. </li><li>Integrate individual project schedules into a cohesive master schedule, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts and dependencies.  </li><li>Ensure schedule templates, workflows (e.g., Procore), and data across platforms are standardized, accurate, and aligned with SOPs and KPIs. </li><li>Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and provide reports and recommendations to optimize timelines and improve delivery outcomes. </li><li>Identify inefficiencies and process gaps and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scheduling practices, processes, and execution. </li><li>Other tasks as needed by leadership team. </li></ul>What you’ll bring: <ul><li>7+ years of relevant experience across project execution and data optimization in construction management. </li><li>Prior experience in a renewables industry is preferred. </li><li>Working knowledge of various areas of construction (civil construction, electrical construction, utility construction). </li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of P6 Primavera.</li><li>Knowledge of Procore, Sigma, P6 interface or equivalent scheduling and construction management tools. </li><li>Previous experience engaging and inspiring teams to excel while focusing on the growth and well-being of team members.  </li><li>Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.   </li><li>Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan.
