This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in B2B industrial marketing.This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of industrial markets, customer applications, products, and go-to-market strategies while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. The position is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the business, including products, customers, industries, and sales processes, while building foundational marketing skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and digital advertising channels</li><li>Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, email content, and website copy</li><li>Coordinate trade show activities, including promotional items, booth materials, shipping, registration, and post-show follow-up</li><li>Help maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and digital content</li><li>Track and report on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, email metrics, and lead generation activities</li><li>Support social media scheduling and content calendar management</li><li>Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer research</li><li>Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales support activities</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, outside vendors, agencies, and graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time</li><li>Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>0 to 3 years of marketing, internship, or related experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics</li><li>Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools is a plus</li><li>Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, automation, or B2B marketing is preferred</li><li>Spanish or Japanese language skills are a plus.
