You will be responsible for partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand in-efficiencies and challenges in a given business process and work to develop technical solutions on SAP and other platforms.  </div><div>This will be accomplished by gathering detailed business requirements, improving end‑to‑end business processes, and ensuring the successful deployment of system changes that affect day-to-day operations, SAP S4HANA integrations, and other related applications that are needed to run or transform the business.  You will play a key role in system testing, data migration, user training, and post‑implementation stabilization to ensure smooth business operations for all process changes or system integrations.  </div><div>Main responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>S4 HANA, EWM, and other applications: Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Collaborating with the IT team and business users to offer technical solutions and resolve issues. Transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design. Documenting SAP/application processes and preparing progress reports </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Solution Testing: Execute testing in respective areas to ensure proper design preparation for process changes and implementations. Cooperate with and support local team during all UAT. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Data Migration: Participating in data construction files preparation. Validated and approved pre and post load validation files with cooperation with the business users. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Training: Create training documentation and deliver in person training (when needed) to end users for all process changes and transactions in respective areas and when implementing S4/EWM integrations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support during systems/applications changes and S4 integrations: Provide in person support for implementation Go Lives and Hyper care.
