<p>AECOM is seeking for a candidate to be based in Bangalore or Gurgaon with the following skill sets</p><ul><li>Experience with bridge and related structural design schemes.</li><li>Able to produce detailed design calculations on routine engineering assignments.</li><li>Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget.</li><li>Experience in road and/or rail projects.</li><li>High level technical skills design.</li><li>Able to correlate and interpret the data shared by supporting interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Problem solving skills, able to propose alternative solutions for problems encountered.</li><li>Experience in complete life cycle of a design project within Highway/Railway environment.</li><li>Previous exposure with international codes such as Eurocodes, AASHTO, AREMA and ACI.</li><li>Able to work in a diverse team spread across different geographical locations.</li><li>Able to provide guidance to Entry level Engineers.</li><li>Able to review calculations undertaken by Entry level Engineers.</li><li>Strong ability in various software packages ideally including MIDAS, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, LUSAS with experience in Finite Element Analysis preferred.</li></ul>
