Job Location- Gurugram/Noida or Chennai Your new roleAs a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be a key enabler of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for employees across multiple countries, with a primary focus on the Americas and EMEA regions. You will combine operational expertise with strategic insight to support compliance, elevate the employee experience, and strengthen our employer brand. This role requires close collaboration with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, with an emphasis on driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.  What will you do:  <ul><li>Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries with a primary focus on Americas and EMEA region while also supporting other regions as needed.</li><li>Serve as the first point of escalation for payroll-related employee queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses</li><li>Collaborate with external payroll providers to manage processing timelines, audits, and issue resolution</li><li>Maintain and reconcile payroll data across systems to ensure integrity and accuracy</li><li>Support payroll transformation and implementation projects, including automation and vendor integration initiatives</li><li>Interpret and apply statutory regulations related to tax, social security, and labor compliance across regions</li><li>Act as a key escalation point for complex payroll issues; mentor junior team members as needed</li><li>Liaise with internal partners in Audit, Finance, HR, and Compliance to meet reporting and control requirements</li><li>Ensure adherence to global SOPs and participate in continuous improvement of payroll processes</li><li>Contribute to payroll process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements</li></ul>
