We are currently recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer  for in-house structural design of a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to, bridges and viaducts; earth retaining structures, underground structures; culverts and building structures, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. It can be a great opportunity for a CAD Technician that wants to boost his/her professional career on structural drafting. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for technically leading aspects of projects, supporting Project Managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and high-quality standards.</li><li>Have a working knowledge of Revit, Tekla Structural Designer / Etabs / SAP2000 / Robot, and other associated design programs.</li><li>Have a working knowledge of running a structural engineering team in a multi-disciplinary team environment where all project drawings are generated using BIM tools (Autodesk Revit).</li><li>Interface with clients on schedules, meetings, and issues (manage client expectations and perceptions).</li><li>Support digital transformation strategy and implementation and embrace change within the discipline.</li><li>Undertake technical reviews / audits to ensure that designs are in accordance with project / study requirements and company objectives and are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Promote compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities</li></ul>
