Analyses information, collects and cross-references supporting documentation to identify the cause of issue or problem. Creates and updates future fixed-price position reports for sales representatives and customers to assist with decisions for future gas purchase volumes and storage inventory management. • Assists in entry and management of customer-related information in Salesforce and generates reports in Salesforce to assist Sales Leaders and Sales Team.</li><li>Assists Sales Team in development and management of sales prospecting data.
