The Senior IT Business Analyst – Finance is a functional expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across Finance modules, driving financial optimization, governance and ERP modernization initiatives. The position plays a key role in enterprise transformation planning, cross-platform integrations, and financial control enablement.The Role<ul><li>Act as SME across Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.</li><li>Lead full lifecycle: Requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Optimize month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement.</li><li>Design and govern integrations between Oracle EBS and enterprise systems.</li><li>Develop functional design documentation for interfaces, extensions, and data conversions.</li><li>Lead SIT and UAT cycles, including defect resolution and validation.</li><li>Maintain functional documentation, configuration governance, and SOPs.</li><li>Support financial audit cycles and segregation-of-duties frameworks.</li><li>Provide support during hyper care and steady-state operations.</li><li>Provide expert production support, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain stable operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.</li><li>Support period close activities for inventory, costing, receiving, and order fulfillment.</li><li>Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and exception-based reporting.</li><li>Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional experience.</li><li>Strong accounting acumen and financial close-cycle expertise.</li><li>Experience supporting Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay finance flows.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.</li><li>Experience supporting system integrations in complex enterprise environments.</li><li>Working SQL proficiency for troubleshooting and data validation.</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills.</li><li>Experience leading ERP enhancements, deployments, or integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile, OUM/AIM methodologies, or ITIL processes.</li><li>Experience with EBTax or revenue recognition integrations.</li><li>Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Financials.</li><li>Experience being part of ERP implementation/upgrade projects.</li><li>Experience in SOX-controlled multinational environments.</li></ul># LI-AP1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
