Updating documentation and managing corrective and preventive actions.<h3>🔹 Compliance &amp; Risk Management</h3>Acting as RSPP and ensuring regulatory compliance (safety, environment, quality). Identification, assessment, and mitigation of QHSE risks. Supervision of facility safety and operational activities (including field operations).<h3>🔹 Non-Conformity Management</h3>Full management of non-conformities (customer, internal, supplier). Root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa) and effective problem resolution. Interface with customers for quality complaints.<h3>🔹 Audits &amp; Reporting</h3>Planning and conducting internal and external audits. Monitoring QHSE KPIs and reporting to management.<h3>🔹 Training &amp; QHSE Culture</h3>Promotion of a strong safety and quality culture. Definition and coordination of QHSE training programs.<h3>🔹 Incident Management</h3>Investigation of incidents, near misses, and environmental events.
