We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement security policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct proactive and structured site security risk assessment and security audit</li><li>Manage and supervise a team of contract security personnel &amp; ensure sufficient resources</li><li>Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.</li><li>Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and incidents.</li><li>Ability to analyze data, perform systematic review &amp; reporting and propose solutions to management.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for security staffs and perform periodic assessment to ensure compliance and competency.  </li><li>Oversee CCTV, access control and visitor management systems and all others Security related system. Ensure preventive maintenance &amp; functionality of these systems.</li><li>Lead and Investigate security breaches and incidents.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends and threats.</li><li>Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive security strategy.</li><li>Implement and oversee loss prevention programs.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors.</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.</li><li>Provide security advice and support to other departments.</li><li>Support in Emergency Response</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrate ethics and integrity.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and implement security policies.</li><li>Experience with security systems and technology.</li><li>Ability to conduct risk assessments and security audits.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.</li><li>Valid security management certification is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.</li><li>Ability to train and mentor security staff.</li><li>Commitment to continuous professional development.</li></ul>Enovix is an equal opportunity employer
