As we look to grow our Buildings Services Team, we are currently looking for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our Building Engineering team, focussing on Defence Projects, based in Brisbane. How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Lead the delivery of technically complex hydraulic designs across major building projects, ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and local authority requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers, technicians, and designers to solve technical challenges and ensure integrated, high-quality project outcomes.</li><li>Partner with project managers and team leaders to align on priorities, resourcing, and program delivery, contributing to project success and team performance.</li><li>Engage directly with external clients to define project scopes, manage expectations, and deliver practical engineering solutions.</li><li>Mentor and support junior engineers and designers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing to build team capability and excellence.</li></ul>
