AECOM is seeking a Project Support Specialist– Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga.We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. Major Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the team in coordinating working groups, meetings, progressive procurement activities, and tender review sessions.</li><li>Support the team in organizing and reviewing design and engineering submittals, including responses to the design consultant</li><li>Track and manage open design and engineering issues with consultants to ensure timely resolution and closure</li><li>Responsible for Requests for Information (RFI)management from various parties</li><li>Capture and track discussion items, decisions, assumptions, risks, interfaces, and action items.</li><li>Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of assigned actions.</li><li>Ensure design-related assumptions and interface issues are documented and escalated appropriately.</li></ul>
