This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, cost, and operational objectives.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee NPI projects and engineering changes throughout all phases.</li><li>Act as the liaison between engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure successful implementation.</li><li>Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.</li><li>Support the preparation and execution of pilot runs, validations, and process capability studies.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, changes, and approvals.</li><li>Provide training and technical support to production teams during the introduction of new products or process modifications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering change management.</li><li>Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage risks and resolve issues.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and project documentation tools.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Accountabilities:<ul><li>Ensure NPI and ECN projects are implemented successfully without disrupting operations.</li><li>Guarantee the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.</li><li>Provide accurate and timely project updates to management and stakeholders.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product introduction and engineering change processes.</li></ul>Required Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NPI, project management, or engineering change processes in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.</li><li>Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).</li></ul> If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
