<p>Here is what you will be doing:</p><ul><li>Leads ICT system design for complex or large‑scale projects</li><li>Leads teams of ICT Specialists and Candidates during project execution</li><li>Design and develop ICT systems, including network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems</li><li>Reviews and signs off on technical deliverables produced by others</li><li>Responsible for technical quality control across project outputs</li><li>Makes final technical decisions on ICT solutions for assigned projects</li><li>Performs advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis</li><li>Resolves escalated technical issues that specialists cannot solve</li><li>Handles high‑complexity or mission‑critical ICT system designs</li><li>Coordinates multi‑discipline integration at a senior level</li><li>Leads coordination meetings and represents the ICT discipline to clients</li><li>Engages directly with clients at a technical and advisory level</li><li>Ensures compliance with international, specialized, and local standards</li><li>Manages project budgets, technical risks, and resource planning</li><li>Develops project‑specific standards, design methodologies, and templates</li><li>Contributes to bid and proposal preparation, including high‑level design strategies</li><li>Provides structured mentorship, training, and onboarding to junior staff</li><li>Stays up to date with emerging ICT technologies and industry trends</li></ul>
