You will supervise and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback also allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure production schedules and targets are met.2. You will ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies also conduct regular quality checks and inspections of manufactured products.3. You will troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions, maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and downtime. 4. You will collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics departments to optimize production processes and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 5. You will assist in the training of new production team members also operate and maintain production machinery and equipment as required.6.
