Right now, we’re laying the foundation for our next wave of growth.  We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.<h1>Job description</h1>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft/Create, review low-to-High complexity contracts—including SOWs and quote, MSAs—with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time &amp; risk coverage.</li><li>Maintain accuracy&gt;98% quality score in internal reviews,and deliver within agreed SLAs .</li><li>Manage complete lifecycle of service contracts including creation, validation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.</li><li>Ensure contract data accuracy across systems (pricing, entitlements, SLAs, billing terms, and service scope).</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Order Management teams for seamless contract execution.</li><li>Review and validate complex contractual terms ensuring compliance with Hitachi Vantara policies and governance standards.</li><li>Support revenue recognition accuracy, billing validation, and dispute resolution processes.</li><li>Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and customer commitments.</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex contract-related issues and stakeholder queries.</li><li>Maintain contract repository integrity and ensure audit readiness at all times.</li><li>Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in contract management processes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong expertise in Service Contract Management and lifecycle governance</li><li>Deep understanding of SLAs, commercial structures, pricing, and service offerings</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across global and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong working knowledge of enterprise and productivity tools such as SFDC, Kimble, Oracle, Microsoft tools, or equivalent platforms</li><li>Ability to manage high-value and complex enterprise contracts independently</li><li>Strong  documentation, reporting, and process improvement capabilities</li><li>Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with little supervision</li><li> This position requires working in the Americas shift, supporting the CDT time zone, which corresponds to 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field</li><li>8+ years of relevant experience in Service Contract Management</li><li>Experience in IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Services / Managed Services industry preferred</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Strong ownership mindset with customer-first approach</li><li>Experience working in global delivery and matrix organization</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence</li><li>Communication &amp; stakeholder management along with staffing compliance</li><li>Actively support team deliverables, step in during high-volume periods, and participate in at least 1 knowledge-sharing or buddy activity/quarter.</li><li>Provide timely inputs when consulted by peers or seniors</li><li>Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, works cohesively with cross-functional teams, communicates effectively, and contributes positively toward achieving shared organizational goals.</li></ul>Delivery Ownership <ul><li> Independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring zero overdue tasks (unless escalated with valid reasoning).</li><li>Display accountability by flagging risks/delays early and updating task trackers daily.</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
