You will establish and maintain the engineering digital transformation guideline on HUB engineering level.2. You work closely with BU/GPG/HUB IT and BPO team to support factory to develop proper digital process.3. You will lead the improvement of engineering process as per BU strategy of digital transformation.4. You guide local engineering team to establish and maintain PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) platform.5. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end engineering process.6. You introduce or share the best practice cross HUBs/Factories in terms of digital transformation.7.
