As an Industrial Paint Prep Technician, you will assist in masking parts in a rapid, precise, and safe manner primarily for the aerospace and aviation industry.2nd shift position: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:15pm-10:45pm.What you will get to do<ul><li>Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately mask parts for painting.</li><li>Utilize .dxf files to print masking templates on a cricut (will be trained on process).</li><li>Load and unload items from paint booths/drying racks etc.</li><li>Clean and prepare parts in preparation for paint or after paint.</li><li>Mask parts for painting according to blue prints, travelers or other instructions.</li><li>Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.</li><li>Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.</li><li>Start machines or equipment to begin any paint or related processes.</li><li>Safely, accurately and efficiently any operate equipment or instruments used in the paint process, or assist other operators.</li><li>Clean work area and all equipment used in the process of painting parts.</li><li>Adhere to all procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area</li></ul>What you bring to the team<ul><li>High school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Demonstrates inspection competence.</li><li>Demonstrates basic mathematical skills</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English is required</li><li>Integrity and Safety</li></ul>The BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!
