<div>Reporting to Project Manager - India you will:<ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.</li><li>Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritising a safe working environment for all involved.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including SOPs,HIRA, HAZCOMs,DPRs etc.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives and maintain the MoM’s.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.</li><li>Close collaboration with cross functions like Air Ops,Projects,SCM,Finance, HR for the smooth functioning of the project.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Experience<ul><li> A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management working in any power transmission developer/EPC in India with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.</li></ul>Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software's like MS Projects/Monday.com/Primavera.</li><li>Excellent working knowledge in MS Office suites.</li><li>Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA.</li><li>Experience in working with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.</li></ul></div>
