They oversee installer partners to ensure quality, maintain margins, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Other responsibilities include though are not limited to:<h2>Big Things:</h2><ul><li>Oversee the successful delivery of home comfort and electrification projects – You are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.</li><li>Manage customer expectations, display strong professionalism in and out of customer’s homes</li><li>Lead planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.</li><li>Understand &amp; articulate project goals, develop reasonable project schedules, coordinate scheduling with contractor partners, manage homeowner expectations, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.</li><li>Develop and execute detailed processes and task lists; use best practices and tools to efficiently track, delegate, and ensure completion.</li><li>Monitor project risks and develop/implement mitigation strategies in real time.</li><li>Work directly with the supply chain element of the business to procure equipment for installations</li></ul><h2>Little Things:</h2><ul><li>Provide internal and external feedback to improve our ability to sell, scope, design, and execute projects; Improve our Project Playbook.</li><li>Identify opportunities to deliver an even better experience for all stakeholders – homeowners, contractor-partners, suppliers, etc.</li><li>Ensure our Project Management capabilities are world-class – effective, efficient, replicable, scalable, etc.</li><li>Help to grow our Project Management team through hiring, training, and collaborating with other Project Managers.</li></ul><h2>What you won’t be doing:</h2><ul><li>Working exclusively from your desk managing relationships from a phone or computer</li><li>Handling refrigerant, wiring electrical panels, or drilling into drywall.</li></ul><h2>Timeline for role expectations:</h2><ol><li>Within one month, you will have:<ol><li>Shadowed multiple home comfort consultations and installations</li><li>Gained comfort with our tech stack</li></ol></li><li>Within two months, you will have completed your first heat pump project and be manage multiple end to end projects independently</li><li>Within three months, you will independently manage a portfolio of installation projects and be supporting the growth and success of other members of the sales team.</li></ol><h2>Success in this role looks like/can be measured as:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Quality. Experience in related fields such as smart home technology, building science, energy efficiency, or customer-focused project management is highly desirable.
