The role provides end-to-end coordination across customer, technical, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements, acting as a central point of ownership throughout the customer lifecycle. It exists to reduce onboarding friction, accelerate time to deployment, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. By improving processes, ensuring consistency, and managing support effectively, the role enables scalable growth of our cloud business while allowing sales and technical teams to focus on revenue generation and strategic priorities. Detailed Description:<ul><li>owning the end-to-end onboarding process for new cloud customers,</li><li>coordinating cybersecurity reviews and managing contractual requirements including MSAs and SLAs.</li><li>primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery</li><li>manage and resolve customer support issues, escalating where required, and maintaining high service standards.</li><li>develop and refine onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency</li><li>liaise across internal teams, identify process improvements, and contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and overall cloud business growth. </li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>experience in cloud-based products or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and support processes.</li><li>familiar with cybersecurity requirements, data protection considerations, and contractual frameworks such as MSAs and SLAs.</li><li>background in customer-facing roles, project coordination, or technical support is essential</li></ul> Preferred Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills are required,</li><li>the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience working across cross-functional teams is important.</li><li>A technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset are desirable, as is the ability to drive process improvements in a growing, fast-paced environment</li></ul>Range of benefits include.<ul><li>Salary sacrifice-led pension plan that matches employee contributions up to 7%.</li><li>Free life assurance cover at the value of four times basic annual salary.</li><li>25 days holiday per annum plus 8 public holidays.
