Reimagine What’s Possible  POSITION SUMMARYThe Leader Process Technician takes a leading role in shift operation and production management, ensuring safe, reliable, and optimized plant operation.领班操作技术员在当班运行中发挥领导作用，负责组织和保障装置安全、可靠及优化运行。The Lead Process Technician takes the leading role in shift operation and is accountable for overall operational performance, safety, and coordination during the shift.领班操作技术员是当班的主要负责人，对当班的安全、运行绩效和协调工作承担总体责任。This position reports to the Plant Supervisor and assists in directing day-to-day plant operations, including coordination, troubleshooting, and shift execution.该岗位直接汇报给工厂主管，并协助其指挥和落实日常运行、协调及班组执行工作。The operator assists the Plant supervisor to manage all plant- related affair.操作员将协助工厂主管管理所有与工厂相关的事务。PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide effective operation to ensure the TN &amp; bulk gas station is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements &amp; on-stream guarantees.确保工厂安全、有效地运行，同时符合合同要求和生产要求。Take primary responsibility for shift operation, including process control, production coordination, and abnormal situation handling. Assist the Plant Supervisor in directing daily plant operation and managing plant-related affairs during the shift. Lead or coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process upsets and incidents. Provide technical guidance to Process Technicians and support on-the-job coaching within the shift team. Ensure proper execution of work permits, MOC-related controls, and critical operation activities. MOC 相关控制及关键操作活动得到正确执行。 Actively identify operation risks and improvement opportunities to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. Support communication with maintenance, engineering, and other functions to ensure smooth plant operation. Compliance with EH&amp;S procedures and regulations 100%. Support guidance and training for EH&amp;S in order not to occur lost time injury and recordable injury. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift. 遵守环保、健康及安全程序和规程。为上述程序指导和培训提供支持以免发生误工和可记录伤害。班组内安全工作许可证的签发和管理。 Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shut-down to avoid business interruption. Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred  within shift. Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. /参与故障排除根本原因分析。 Quick response to quality and process alerting. Active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality).  Active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project). /生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。 On shift Emergency Evacuation sponsor, Crisis coordinator within shift. Help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer，Keeping good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation. Optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets.合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效。Good cooperation and communication with other shifts to maintain a good production team work.与其他轮班人员进行良好地合作和交流，以维持高效的生产小组工作效率。Be responsible for implementation of production and safety procedures in shift.负责执行轮班生产和安全程序。Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.按照领导的要求及时、有效地完成分配的其他工作。JOB REQUIREMENTSDemonstrated proven interpersonal skills.良好的人际交往技能。Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated ASU knowledge and Technical skills, ASU operations experience.
