AECOM is seeking an entry-level and motivated full-time Human Health and/or Ecological Risk Assessor to become an integrated member of AECOM’s risk assessment and remediation practices. The employee will report to the Germantown, MD office; but may be full-time in office or hybrid, and is expected to begin in Summer 2026.In this role, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Experience with running R software</li><li>Support a wide range of projects for private and government clients throughout the U.S. (and internationally).</li><li>Perform risk assessments in accordance with regulatory guidance and project-specific work plans.</li><li>Collaborate with internal project teams, including delegating to junior staff.</li><li>Assist with technical deliverables; including writing reports and performing/reviewing risk assessment calculations.</li><li>Develop knowledge of federal and state regulations/guidance documents for conducting risk assessments.</li><li>Maintaining work quality, quantity, and efficiency at or above company standards.</li></ul>
