AECOM is seeking an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Engineer to be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position offers opportunities to work on exciting, challenging, and high-profile ITS and emerging technology projects. This position will assist with a wide range of ITS related projects, including research, planning, design, and deployment of ITS and emerging technologies, including connected and automated vehicle technologies.  Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Works as part of a team and works independently in evaluating and applying ITS principles, standards, and criteria. </li><li>Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. </li><li>Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. </li><li>Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tasks. </li><li>Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered. </li><li>Identifies discrepancies in results. </li><li>Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision. </li></ul>
