It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things.About the team in SwedenOur Malmö office in Sweden is home to a team of around 10 dedicated BIM Specialists. They are a part of Advisory, working across cost management, sustainable building strategies, and early‑stage energy and design analysis to support smarter decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.We work with a wide range of assignments, spanning from early‑stage BIM strategy development to the long‑term management of Digital Twins. Our team is currently involved in around 20 ongoing projects of varying scale and complexity. In general, we work in dedicated project teams, and our engineers typically handle 2–5 projects simultaneously.The design-phase of our projects is a relatively set process with following main stages:<ul><li>Pre-design</li><li>Conceptual design</li><li>Detail design</li><li>As-Built drawings.</li></ul>We work with all kinds of buildings ranging from hospitals, offices, schools, datacentres and much moreYour key responsibilities:in Revit (Core Competence):<ul><li>Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit</li><li>Support the creation and management of families, templates, and project standards</li><li>Ensure models are well-structured, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements</li></ul>in Point Cloud &amp; Digital Engineering Support (scan-to-BIM):<ul><li>Assist in converting point cloud data into accurate, BIM-ready models</li><li>Support digital engineering workflows by integrating scanned data into design and coordination processes</li><li>Help ensure data quality and alignment between existing conditions and design models</li><li>Expertise in point cloud management software, incl. Autodesk ReCap, Navisworks</li></ul>in BIM Coordination &amp; Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Contribute to model coordination across disciplines and support clash detection activities</li><li>Review models to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or deviations from standards</li><li>Scripting and automated model checking</li><li>Support the implementation and documentation of BIM standards, naming conventions, and classification systems</li></ul>in Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Contribute to improving workflows, templates, and digital tools within the BIM environment</li><li>Stay up to date with BIM tools, technologies, and best practices</li></ul>
