We are currently looking for a Test and Sample Building Engineer to join our team. Main activities: Setting and performance mechanical and electrical tests for evaluation and validation of newly developed company products. Implementation and execution of prototype samples building processes, operations and activities. Test data processing, summarization of results and preparation of test reports.General Responsibilities • Collaborates on the design, develoment, and implementation of cost-effective methods through testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing • Key participant in test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products • Organizes the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices • Ensure that programs are in compliance with standards for good laboratory practices good manufacturing practices and/or good clinical practices • May be responsible for setting the parameters and testing customer samples Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers<ul><li>Position responsibilities:<ul><li>Performance of tests according to the automotive standards for testing and the specific customer requirements</li><li>Execution of process steps in prototype samples building processes</li><li>Monitoring, test data processing, summarization of results and preparation of reports for the conducted tests</li><li>Operation with modern state-of-the-art laboratory, measurement and test equipment</li><li>Work with specific internal testing and manufacturing software and platforms</li><li>Participation in the development and optimization of test and sample building processes and equipment</li><li>Design of supporting components and gadgets for tests and equipment</li><li>Continuous collaboration with the departments involved in the new products development</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Position requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Engineering - Mechanics, Electrical, Automation or Electronics</li><li>Flawless computer skills: MS office, engineering and data processing applications</li><li>Good command of English language</li><li>Excellent self-organizational, communication, collaboration and teamworking skills</li><li>Experience in operation with measurement, laboratory, research equipment and/or equipment control software will be advantage</li><li>Work experience in company or organization with technological scope will be advantage</li></ul></li></ul>Gross Annual Salary Range: 21,761.00 EUR - 29,921.10 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
