The role also generates accounts receivable age analysis and customer dunning, as well as collections activities.This position will report to the AP/AR Manager at HIESA and will work a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Enter customer deposits into the ERP system. (ACH, checks, cash, credit card payments).</li><li>Support the credit review of potential and existing customers.</li><li>Answer customer and internal inquiries regarding customer accounts. Help problem solve customer complaints.</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding invoice payments and/or dispute.</li><li>Review customer statements.</li><li>Prepare dunning statements from ERP system and send to customer.</li><li>Generate accounts receivable age analysis.</li><li>Assist in monthly closings.</li><li>Provide audit support as necessary.</li><li>Assist with special projects as necessary.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Associates degree in accounting preferred</li></ul>Professional experience<ul><li>Two-three years previous experience</li><li>Microsoft Excel proficient</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams, prioritize tasks and deliverables.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and Sarbanes-Oxley a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Able to prepare written correspondence/reports in a clear/concise manner.</li></ul>Key behaviors<ul><li>Candidate must work well in a team environment.</li><li>Candidate must be dependable /accountable in a hybrid work arrangement.</li><li>Strict attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently on a daily basis.</li><li>Must be results-oriented, high energy, and a representative of the HIESA Values.</li></ul>Direct reports<ul><li>N/A</li></ul>
