AECOM is seeking a Stakeholder Cabinet  Coordinator to join our team. This position is based out of Mississauga.  This is a new position.Major Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects, including venue arrangements, virtual platforms, and required equipment.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes.</li><li>Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, promote strong collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.</li><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li></ul>
