We're searching for a dedicated Logistics Intern to join our team for a 40-hour work week, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our distribution logistics operations. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to essential daily processes, this is the opportunity for you. <ul><li>Assist the in-/outbound/stock transfer/return process between internal stakeholders and 3PL.</li><li>Manage PGR, PGI and POD processes in S4 HANA to ensure accurate goods movement.</li><li>Support LFR report, Dangerous good report, abnormal shipment report and related documentation.</li><li>Perform stock comparisons to maintain inventory accuracy.</li><li>Conduct thorough checking and submission of invoices for suppliers, Perform auditing of POD documentation.</li><li>Assist with the updating of logistics dashboards.</li><li>Assist serial number (SN) and other logistics requests.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: <ul><li>Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).</li><li>Demonstrated interest in logistics, supply chain, warehousing and operations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, S4 HANA experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (C1), other languages e.g. German, Chinese, Dutch is a plus</li></ul> Why us?
