You will manage scheduling, oversee daily operations reports, and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic action plans. By managing key aspects of the supply chain, you will lead and coordinate various teams to ensure seamless and optimized operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong logical reasoning. Implements best practices and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures.  </li><li>Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the warehouse. Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Together, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover within the warehouse.</li><li>Develops a highly effective site leadership team, by applying high standards for selection and continued performance; establishes clear and stretching goals, communicates and delegates key responsibilities, and actively utilizes all performance, development, and career tools, to their full potential.</li><li>Analyze production data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement. Proficient in root cause analysis, with the ability to develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.</li><li>Build strong professional relationships with their direct reports and site HR Business Partners.
