In this role, you will work within the Corporate Development team to support capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term planning initiatives. You will be responsible for financial modeling, evaluating strategic opportunities, preparing presentation materials, and supporting due diligence activities across a range of transactions and operating procedures.</p><p><span>New York City candidates are preferred, with periodic travel to Boston and San Jose, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development.
