Position Summary: The Assembly Tech is responsible for receiving, preparing and assembling FRP panels for delivery to customers.   Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Receive, transport and unpack delivered FRP panels for assembly</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Unpack, stage and prep parts for assembly</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Assemble FRP parts in a timely manner producing a quality product</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Meets scheduled deadlines set out daily by management within reason</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Adheres to the safety rules of JUPITER BACH</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Other duties as assigned </li></ul>Education and Experience Required:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, and successful completion of a forklift training program</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ability to identify parts needed per sales orders</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong organizational skills &amp; Mathematical skills</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Knowledgeable in JUPITER BACH/OSHA Safety Requirements</li></ul>Physical Requirements: Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:<ul><li>Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment</li><li>Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Much be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to operate foot pedals for 4+ hours per shift</li></ul>Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually </div>
