This role combines technical expertise, client service, and leadership to manage platform support, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Market Administrator also mentors junior team members and contributes to strategic initiatives and platform enhancements. Guided by TP ICAP’s Triple-A Values—Accountability, Authenticity, and Adaptability—this position fosters a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement across the team and broader organization Role Responsibilities:Platform &amp; Trade Support<ul><li>Provide first- and second-line support for trading platforms, including incident management, trade issue investigation, and resolution.</li><li>Monitor system logs, outputs, and support chats to proactively identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and perform ongoing maintenance of platform configurations.</li><li>Support and test new software releases and upgrades, including out-of-hours coverage when required.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</li><li>Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders (brokers, traders, business managers) and external clients (banks, vendors).</li><li>Handle escalations and maintain strong client relationships with a service-oriented approach.</li><li>Assist in client onboarding, account maintenance, and credit matrix updates.</li></ul>Triple-A Values in Action<ul><li>Accountability: Owns outcomes, delivers on commitments, and ensures operational excellence across all responsibilities.</li><li>Authenticity: Acts with integrity, communicates transparently, and builds trust with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Adaptability: Embraces change, responds effectively to evolving business needs, and drives continuous improvement.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Documentation</li><li>Lead project initiatives and contribute to workflow and system improvements.</li><li>Mentor and train associate-level team members.</li><li>Maintain and enhance team documentation, procedures, and technical manuals.</li><li>Participate in cross-training and contribute to global knowledge sharing. </li><li>Technical &amp; Operational Excellence</li><li>Support deployment and integration of trading platforms (e.g., Java Webstart, STP, API).</li><li>Liaise with third-party vendors (e.g., ION, Markit, Traiana, ICE, Reuters) as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Log and track incidents using ServiceNow and contribute to risk assessments and reviews.</li></ul> Skills &amp; ExperienceTechnical Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of trade flows and trading systems.</li><li>Experience with system administration, data processing, and XML/log analysis.
