Position Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for a variety of receiving and inventory activities including storing and distributing supplies and equipment to other departments. Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Receives and inspects all incoming raw materials and supplies and then distributes to the appropriate department or stocks into the warehouse inventory.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintains complete inventory cards and records for all inventory items and builds steel kits as needed to supply production.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintain constant flow of materials to the production floor for assembly.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Assists matte and foam cutters as needed to maintain daily production needs.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Adhere to the safety rules of JUPITER BACH</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Education and Experience Required:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Must be able to read and implement basic work instructions</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Must be able to understand basic inventory and warehouse practices</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Must be able to safely and competently operate a forklift</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Previous experience operating warehouse equipment</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong organizational skills &amp; Mathematical skills</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Knowledgeable in JUPITER BACH/OSHA Safety Requirements</li></ul>Physical Requirements: Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:  <ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shift </li><li>Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment</li><li>Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shift</li><li>Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually </li></ul> </div>
