As our Sales Manager for the US Northeastern Region, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding Teledyne HiRel and Micropac product lines in the aerospace and defense markets. Your technical expertise and customer insight will help deliver solutions that matter, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to shape future innovations.What you’ll do<ul><li>Develop and execute market strategies to achieve sales goals for Teledyne HiRel and Micropac products.</li><li>Identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential customers.</li><li>Conduct market research and provide insights to guide product development.</li><li>Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to close deals.</li><li>Maintain awareness of industry trends and government regulations.</li><li>Manage sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and distributor networks.</li><li>Train and support manufacturer representatives and franchised distributors.</li><li>Meet or exceed established sales quotas and revenue targets.</li></ul>What you need<ul><li>Strong technical sales skills and ability to influence decision-makers – required.</li><li>5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales – required.</li><li>Familiarity with RF semiconductors, power semiconductors, modules/hybrids, and optocouplers – preferred.</li><li>Experience in aerospace and defense industry – preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills – required.</li><li>Proven ability to manage large territories and diverse product lines – required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field – preferred.</li><li>Ability to travel within the Northeast region – required.</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance – required</li></ul>What we offerJoin a company committed to innovation and excellence.
