We ensure our information is meaningful and supports business operations. We are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&amp;A and SG&amp;A Lead, this role is pivotal in driving financial performance, enabling decision-making, and leading a high-performing team responsible for planning, analysis, and reporting across SG&amp;A functions.Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the FP&amp;A and SG&amp;A team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, planning, and analysis.</li><li>Drive transformation and standardization of reporting methodologies.</li><li>Ensure business continuity through process documentation and elimination of single dependencies.</li><li>Identify skill gaps and lead initiatives to upskill team members through coaching, training, and mentoring.</li><li>Foster ownership and accountability across the team, encouraging proactive problem-solving and innovation.</li><li>Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives including cost allocation, analysis, and risk management.</li><li>Oversee SG&amp;A cost reporting and variance analysis.</li><li>Partner with functional heads to understand cost drivers and support budget ownership.</li><li>Maintain and enhance SG&amp;A dashboards in Power BI, including bias and forecast accuracy metrics</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and governance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Finance and/or Accounting, Business Analytics or completion of a relevant course;</li><li>Proven experience in FP&amp;A and SG&amp;A functions, ideally within a multinational environment.</li><li>Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Managerial experience with demonstrated people leadership.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, HFM, and Power BI preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).</li><li>Experience in plant controlling and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus</li></ul>ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONRewards &amp; benefits Hybrid work model / Private medical care with dental care / Mybenefit cafeteria / Lunch card / Working from Home Benefits / Development subsidies / Integration events / Team connect- clubs of interests / Free legal advice / Free parking in the city centerData provided beyond the requirements of the Labor Code (name(s) and surname; date of birth; contact details indicated by such person; education; professional qualifications; employment history) will be processed based on your consent.To register your consent, please include the following clause in your CV: "I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents I have submitted, which are not required by the Labor Code, for the purposes necessary to carry out current and future recruitment processes by Primient.
