As part of our team, you process invoices, reconcile companycredit card payments and track key financial data in our accounting system. You assist multipledepartments in ensuring financial information is appropriately reported and stored according toIRS and state guidelines. Our ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in accountspayable, close attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Roles &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Review and process vendor invoices in the NetSuite ERP system</li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Ensure two-way and three-way matching against purchase orders and payments; resolve any discrepancies.</li><li>Respond to vendor invoice/payment inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Assign the right cost center and project codes to invoices.</li><li>Ensure sales and use tax is accrued, as necessary.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Initiate payment runs including ACH, Wires, Checks.</li><li>Resolve vendor bills with issues and variances, working closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse</li></ul><ul><li>Process and audit Expense Reports according to Travel Policy</li><li>Process all credit card charges daily</li><li>Assist with year-end 1099 reporting and filing.</li><li>Assist in all relevant aspects of the month-end close and audit process</li><li>Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.</li></ul> Key Qualifications <ul><li>5+ years of Accounting or Accounts Payable experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>Proven working experience processing accounts payable with multiple entities.</li><li>Demonstrated solid understanding of basic accounting principles in manufacturing.</li><li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to providing quality work in a timely manner.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Approachable customer service orientation and “can do” attitude.</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Significant experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise reporting systems.</li></ul> Additional Qualifications Desired <ul><li>Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting</li><li>Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to invoice processing in a manufacturing environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be a team player who also works well independently.</li></ul> Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CASalary Range:  $87,000 USD - $105,000 USDSalary Basis:  AnnualPlease note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
