You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.  You will contribute to the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, from feasibility and concept design to detailed design and construction. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring technical excellence and project success.How you’ll make a difference<ul><li>Lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects across defence, transport, energy and land development, taking responsibility for technical quality, design management, budget and program.</li><li>Manage stakeholder and client relationships and represent AECOM across local and national projects.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of sectors — from defence and government through to transport agencies, energy developers and land developers — acting as a trusted advisor from early engagement through delivery.</li><li>Technical quality assurance and management of small teams providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers</li><li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality results within budget and on schedule.</li></ul>
