Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role. As a Power Plant Administrator, you will focus on these responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to plant operations, including staff coordination, attendance tracking, expense processing, document control, and general office administration.</li><li>Coordinate site services and infrastructure needs, including utilities, transportation, housekeeping, office supplies, facility maintenance, and contractor activities to support a safe and efficient work environment.</li><li>Support compliance with local regulations by preparing, tracking, and maintaining permits, licenses, visas, certifications, and other required documentation with local authorities.</li><li>Act as the single point of contact for administrative purchasing activities, coordinating purchase requests, vendor follow-ups, service confirmations, and related documentation.</li><li>Support procurement and vendor coordination by monitoring service delivery, following up on pending requests, and ensuring timely resolution of administrative purchasing matters.</li><li>Monitor and control administrative costs, supporting budget tracking, invoice review, expense reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>Track and report sustainability-related metrics such as energy consumption, water usage, waste reduction, and other site environmental indicators.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding support for site personnel, visitors, contractors, and external service providers, ensuring proper access, documentation, and administrative readiness.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and site documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable compliance requirements.</li><li>Support communication between plant operations, vendors, authorities, employees, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective administrative support.</li></ul> To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:<ul><li>Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, plant administration, site services, procurement support, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience working in an industrial, energy, power plant, manufacturing, construction, or technical operations environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.</li><li>Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, purchase requests, invoices, permits, or administrative services.</li><li>Good understanding of cost tracking, expense processing, and administrative budget control.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with plant personnel and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.</li><li>Experience with ERP, procurement, maintenance, or document management systems is considered a plus.</li></ul> Why you and us You will be a part of a global organization with local presence and work in an exciting and dynamic working environment with highly motivated and skilled co-workers.
