Bring your energy to Aggreko as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator based in Chiba in this hybrid role – 3 days a week in our Chiba depot and 2 days a week working from home. You’ll focus on the experience of our valued customers, aiming to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and exceeding customer expectations. You will be a strong communicator (verbal and written) to business level in both Japanese and English.Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator:<ul><li>Provide excellent in-person and virtual customer service via phone, text, email and online chat</li><li>Support our customers with issue support, post-sales product support, field service dispatching, etc.</li><li>Process orders from customers and resolve complaints</li><li>Advise customers on expected delivery dates, any price changes, any product shortages / substitutes etc.</li><li>Act as the liaison between customers, production and distribution departments</li><li>Raise invoices and be the first line point of customer contact for issues with invoice payments</li></ul>You are / have:<ul><li>Ideally 5-7 years working in a customer experience position with a focus on exceeding customer expectations</li><li>Proficient in the use of ERP systems such as SAP</li><li>Proficient in all Microsoft office tools with strong administrative skills</li><li>A strong communicator and proficient to business level in both Japanese and English</li><li>Able to work 3 days per week in our Chiba depot</li><li>Some experience in invoice generation would be highly regarded</li><li>Ideally have had some experience in a logistics or hire desk environment (not essential)</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive compensation and annual bonus</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li><li>Community volunteering program</li><li>A range of career development opportunities</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
