Você será responsável por fornecer suporte técnico avançado para geração de energia, atuando na análise de desempenho, confiabilidade e otimização de custos operacionais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua das operações na América Latina.Energia sem pausa. Desde eventos de classe mundial que duram algumas semanas até operações de mineração e comunidades remotas que dependem de nós por décadas.<h2>O que você fará como Especialista Técnico de Suporte:</h2><ul><li>Prestar suporte técnico de nível 2 via TSD, analisando e resolvendo problemas complexos relacionados a equipamentos de geração.</li><li>Conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCA) e implementar soluções para melhorar desempenho e confiabilidade das frotas.</li><li>Desenvolver estudos Kaizen e iniciativas de melhoria contínua com foco em eficiência e redução de custos operacionais.</li><li>Monitorar custos operacionais, apoiar P&amp;L comercial e contribuir para planejamento orçamentário de materiais e serviços.</li><li>Apoiar comissionamento, manutenção preventiva/corretiva e colaborar com fornecedores e OEMs na resolução de problemas técnicos.</li></ul><h2>Você:</h2><ul><li>É graduado em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Automação ou áreas correlatas.</li><li>Possui conhecimento técnico avançado em geração de energia, com diferencial em elétrica e sistemas de controle.</li><li>Tem experiência ou conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua (Kaizen).</li><li>Possui inglês e/ou espanhol intermediários;</li><li>Tem disponibilidade para viagens (20%)</li></ul><h2>Aqui está o que você vai ter:</h2><ul><li>Plano médico e odontológico extensivo aos dependentes.</li><li>Vale alimentação flexível Caju.</li><li>Plano de previdência privada (opcional).</li><li>Seguro de vida.</li><li>Wellhub (antigo Gympass).</li><li>Programa de assistência aos empregados com suporte psicológico, nutricional, jurídico e financeiro (sem custo).</li><li>Plano de bônus anual com base no atingimento das metas da companhia.</li><li>Cultura com foco na segurança.</li></ul>Nosso pessoal é proativo, positivo, resiliente e persistente.
