You will work closely with project teams and contractors to track progress, identify risks, maintain project schedules, and provide critical reporting that enables informed decision-making. This is a role for someone who wants to combine technical planning expertise with purpose, learn in a fast-moving international business, and build experience in one of the world’s most relevant industries.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul> <li>Support the development and maintenance of the overall project master schedule and work breakdown structure.</li> <li>Review contractor planning packages, including baseline schedules, manpower plans, machinery histograms, and S-curves.</li> <li>Monitor and analyse construction progress against project plans and identify schedule deviations.</li> <li>Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple contractors and integrate them into the master programme.</li> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and KPI dashboards.</li> <li>Assist with critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and extension of time (EoT) evaluations.</li> <li>Communicate upcoming activities and planning requirements across project teams.</li> <li>Support project reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and clients.</li></ul><p>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.</p><h3>What you'll gain</h3><ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Exposure to large-scale renewable energy construction projects, including solar plants, substations, and high-voltage infrastructure.</li> <li>Opportunity to work alongside experienced project professionals in a diverse and international environment.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring</h3><ul> <li>Formal Technical Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of project planning and scheduling experience within procurement and construction projects.</li> <li>Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Strong understanding of construction planning methodologies, reporting, and progress measurement.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural project teams.</li> <li>Fluent in English, spoken and written (additional languages will be advantageous).</li></ul><h3>What it's like to work at Scatec</h3><p>At Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
