<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Regional Service Specialist </strong>to support the Service Department through effective scheduling, coordination, and communication for the regional Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Technician team. This regional role is responsible for dispatching technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring service operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for many customers, you’ll represent InCharge with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally across teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.</p><p><strong>Working hours: </strong><br>10am-6:30pm EST</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate regional Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Technician schedules and prioritize dispatches based on urgency, skill set, and location</li><li>Work with dispatch and support teams to resolve repairs and work orders</li><li>Ensure all maintenance, repair, commissioning, and related services are delivered on time and within scope</li><li>Organize and track work orders, customer requests, revenues, and expenses for completed services</li><li>Verify technicians have the required work scope, parts, tools, and customer contact information to ensure job readiness</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technical support, manufacturers, and internal teams</li><li>Oversee communication and workflow across assigned regional teams</li><li>Participate in troubleshooting system errors to determine and dispatch the appropriate personnel</li><li>Issue purchase orders and approve invoices in coordination with the accounting team</li><li>Manage external ticketing systems and coordination with 3rd-party vendors</li><li>Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up</li><li>Assist with onboarding and mentoring new service team members</li><li>Attend meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes</li><li>Respond promptly to phone calls and email inquiries</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Your Experience and Capabilities</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of dispatching or service coordination experience</li><li>Ability to work extended hours in peak times</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated customer service mindset and problem-solving approach</li><li>Proficiency with service management tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Zendesk, or other dispatching software</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook</li><li>Experience in Electrical or EV charging industry is a plus</li></ul><div><div><div>US Salary Range</div><div><span>$65,000</span><span>—</span><span>$70,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>Full-time employees enjoy competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement (for most positions), generous vacation and paid sick leave, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year. </p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p>Employment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
