You combine strong TA expertise with curiosity and ambition to grow into Talent &amp; Learning topics such as succession planning, capability development, performance evaluation, and organizational diagnostics. What you will doRecruitment Operations &amp; Process Excellence<ul><li>Lead and oversee all global recruitment operations and ensure consistent, efficient, and high‑quality hiring processes across locations.</li><li>Continuously improve recruitment workflows, governance, and operating models.</li><li>Personally lead hiring for senior and critical roles.</li><li>Strengthen and improve the technical enablement of our recruitment system (SmartRecruiters).</li><li>Support our transformation toward a skills‑based organization.</li></ul>Talent Development &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Integrate Talent Acquisition with key Talent &amp; Learning areas (70‑20‑10, development, competency frameworks, talent calibrations, diagnostics).</li><li>Manage all data related to succession planning, internal mobility, and talent evaluation.</li><li>Support organizational diagnostics based on qualitative and quantitative data.</li></ul>Data, Systems &amp; Process Ownership<ul><li>Define, review, and analyze recruitment KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑making</li><li>Own and communicate the global Talent Acquisition dashboard</li><li>Oversee HRMS and LMS from a talent perspective</li><li>Lead the preparation for our future Talent Marketplace solution</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Alignment<ul><li>Lead and develop members of the Talent Acquisition team</li><li>Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performance culture</li><li>Work closely with P&amp;O Business Partners and business leaders to understand capability needs</li><li>Balance global alignment with practical local execution</li></ul>
