This role is responsible for managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and applying deep industry expertise to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.  As a key contributor to the growth of our marine product portfolio, the Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term business development initiatives.  Location: This role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based on the U.S. Houston, New Orleans and Louisiana, (Texas). However, we are open to considering individuals in other U.S. locations provided they are near a major airport, as this position will require regular travel. Additionally, if the selected candidate resides within 40 miles of a Wärtsilä facility, the role will follow a hybrid work model.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: Lead and execute full-cycle sales processes for marine products, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. </li></ul><ul><li>Market Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the marine industry.
