Cross-BU Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with the SVP of BESS and Transmission leadership to coordinate HV scope on integrated solar-plus-storage and transmission projects.</li><li>Support M&amp;A integration of acquired HV/transmission capabilities, including process, systems, and org alignment.</li></ul>Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:<ul><li>15+ years of progressive experience in high voltage / substation / transmission construction, with utility-scale or large industrial project exposure.</li><li>Demonstrated P&amp;L or senior operational leadership over a construction business unit or large portfolio.</li><li>Deep technical command of substation, switchyard, and transmission line construction;
