This is not a pure database administration role — the successful candidate will blend environmental data management (EDM) expertise with broader digital capability, contributing to workflow automation, reporting development, dashboard delivery, and implementation support. Primary Objective &amp; KPIs<ul><li>Primary Role: Support environmental project teams in digitising data flows and delivering reporting automation</li></ul><ul><li>KPIs: Cost savings from digitisation; positive feedback from project teams; integration efficiencies across business lines and geographies; quality and reliability of automated reporting outputs</li></ul> Main ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Data Management (EQuIS)<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and support EQuIS environmental data systems including custom report creation and data quality workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Extract and transform environmental data for reporting purposes, ensuring fitness for use across project teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate EQuIS outputs into Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, delivering reliable data pipelines from source to visualisation.</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot EQuIS configuration, data imports, and reporting issues for internal project teams.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Dashboard Development<ul><li>Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures, and reporting workflow configuration.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop Paginated Reports (RDL) for structured, print-ready environmental reporting outputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Write SQL Server / T-SQL queries to support complex reporting workflows, including views, temporary tables, and data transformation logic.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and maintain relational data models and database structures to support reporting and workflow integration requirements.</li></ul>Workflow Automation &amp; Process Development<ul><li>Design and deploy workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate for process orchestration across project and reporting workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop advanced Excel automation including macros and scripting to reduce manual effort in data compilation and reporting tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Build or configure custom automation solutions using Python, C# or similar scripting/development languages to support data management, reporting pipelines and integration tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify digitisation opportunities across project teams and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.</li></ul>Digital Implementation &amp; Rollout Support<ul><li>Support the implementation and rollout of digital tools and platforms across the Environment business line, including onboarding, configuration, training material development, and hypercare.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the broader digital transformation team across the Americas to share best practices and carry forward lessons learned.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with project teams at inception to identify digital needs, configure appropriate tools, and establish data flow processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide ongoing support through feedback-driven tool improvements, scope changes, and project close-out debriefs.</li></ul><ul><li>Write clear documentation and user manuals for tools and workflows.</li></ul>Platform Integration<ul><li>Help integrate platforms used by the business line, including EQuIS, Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new opportunities and applications for the digital toolkit as the business line's needs evolve.</li></ul> <ul></ul>
