Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Run monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes in close collaboration with company management and controlling.</li><li>Create and deliver accurate financial reports and relevant KPIs to company management.</li><li>Report all tax-relevant information and financial transactions to Greek state authorities.</li><li>Be actively involved in internal and external audits.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Greek legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)</li><li>Safeguard segregation of duties within the accounting function.</li><li>Handle invoice verification to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of purpose.</li><li>Manage all accounting interactions and transactions within SAP.</li><li>Perform customer and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Manage debtor, supplier, asset, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Support credit management processes in coordination with the Credit Manager</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Relevant working experience in accounting is a must</li><li>Solid knowledge of Greek accounting legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably)</li><li>Experience in digital transformation or paperless accounting initiatives is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Experience in audit processes and tax reporting</li></ul>The position offers a base compensation of 1600 - 1800 EUR monthly.
