The overall purpose of the role is to ensure the projects achieve outstanding levels of safety and performance within the budget.</span></span></div><div><span><span> </span></span></div><div><span><span>The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician with experience upgrading, repairing, repowering or constructing large scale PV or battery storage plants with experience in sub-contractor liaison and supervision. You will need to be located near the operational plants and have a full driving licence. Employees who demonstrate an aptitude for career progression will be encouraged to broaden their experience to advanced levels.</span></span></div><div><span><span> </span></span></div><div><b><span><span>Key Accountabilities</span></span></b><span> </span></div><div><span><span>The responsibilities of the O&amp;M Projects Site Manager include:</span></span></div><div><span><span></span></span></div><ul><li><span><span>Manage safe and reliable construction activities, through to operation and maintenance of the projects within the RES support service portfolio, in accordance with agreed contracts, operating plans and budgets.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure that teams are working in accordance with RES Health, Safety, Quality and Environment procedures and relevant H&amp;S legislation.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Adherence to Health and Safety requirements at all times, assist with maintaining and improving safety standards across the project portfolio, including Health &amp;
