Acting as an extension of the client team, this role ensures accurate planning, cost management, scheduling, and performance reporting to enable informed decision-making and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.Client<ul><li>Provide clear, insightful reporting to clients; tailor outputs to their decision needs.</li><li>Partner with PMs to develop recovery plans and scenario analyses.</li></ul>Planning &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Develop and maintain integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery milestones.</li><li>Implement schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to support proactive decision-making.</li></ul>Cost Management &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Establish and manage cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and earned value analysis.</li><li>Monitor financial performance and provide accurate reporting on cost trends, variances, and mitigation strategies.</li></ul>Performance Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Deliver timely and accurate program performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for client and governance forums.</li><li>Drive data integrity and transparency across the integrated team, leveraging digital tools and analytics for insights.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Change Management<ul><li>Support risk identification and quantification processes, integrating risk data into cost and schedule forecasts.</li><li>Manage change control processes, ensuring impacts on cost and schedule are assessed and communicated effectively.</li></ul>Systems &amp; Process Leadership<ul><li>Implement best-practice project controls frameworks, tools, and standards across the integrated team.</li></ul>Champion continuous improvement and digital enablement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
